Put Footing on your phone

Add Footing to your phone’s home screen. Then it opens full screen from its own icon, like any other app.

Before you start

Open Footing in your phone’s web browser and sign in.

On an iPhone

Use Safari for this.

  1. Tap the Share button.

    On newer iPhones, tap the three dots at the bottom first, then Share.

  2. Tap Add to Home Screen.

    Can’t see it? Scroll down the list, or tap More.

  3. Tap Add.

    The Footing icon is now on your home screen.

On an Android phone

Use Chrome for this.

  1. If you see Install Footing near the bottom of the screen, tap Install.

    Then tap Install again when Chrome asks. You’re done.

  2. No prompt? Tap the menu (the three dots, top right).

  3. Tap Install app or Add to Home screen.

    Chrome shows one or the other, depending on your phone. Follow the prompts.

Using it

  • Tap the Footing icon to open it. It opens without the browser’s address bar.
  • It’s the same Footing as on your computer, with the same jobs and data.
  • The first time you open it from the icon, you might need to sign in again. Type your work email, tap Continue with email, then enter the code Footing emails you.
