What can each role do?

Footing ships with four roles. Pick the smallest one that gets the job done — you can always promote later.

  • AdminOwners. Full access — billing, team, integrations.
  • OfficeEstimators + AR. Quotes, invoices, scheduling, safety.
  • TechnicianLead trades + supervisors. Field operations.
  • ContractorSub-trades. See only jobs they're assigned to.

Invite someone

Sends an accept link to their email. Admin can only be granted after they accept.
